Since the 1st of July 2009 it became mandatory for the real estate agencies to provide the buyers with the energetic certification (so called: “attestato di certificazione energetica” - “ACE”) of the building. From now on any adopted solution with the aim to improve the energy efficiency of the buildings produces automatically not only energy conservation but also an increase in the building value.
 
The European directive UNI EN 15232, “energy performance of buildings – Impact of building automation, controls and building management”, introduces procedures of energetic certification with the aim to provide the overall numerical indicators of the energy efficiency of the buildings, considering at the same time the thermic and energetic consumption. According to those regulations, the adoption of information systems of supervision and control in the civil buildings but also in public and industrial buildings, allows to certificate the building in the highest merit ranks.
